01 Introduction

• "Balance" — the real-money funds held in a Member's wallet on the Platform, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under our compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on SL888, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must not already hold an active account on the Platform. Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to online gaming platforms, and must not be accessing the Platform in contravention of any self-imposed or regulatory exclusion order.

04 Account Registration

Upon completing the registration process, you will be issued an account protected by your chosen password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify SL888 immediately via our live chat support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. SL888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality or your failure to promptly notify us of a security breach.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make available your account to any third party. Account sharing is prohibited. All transactions made through your account, whether authorised by you or not, are your responsibility.

SL888 may, at its discretion, require enhanced verification (KYC documents) before activating full account functionality, including but not limited to deposit processing and withdrawal privileges. Required documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or passport, and may include proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree that your use is strictly for personal entertainment purposes. The following conditions apply to all use of the SL888 Platform and Services:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use any software, scripts, bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access, manipulate, or extract data from the Platform.

06 Deposits & Payments

SL888 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and equivalent cryptocurrency values via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, as well as BTC, ETH, and USDT.

All funds deposited into your SL888 account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. SL888 reserves the right to withhold funds and require additional verification if we have reasonable grounds to believe a deposit was made using a payment instrument not belonging to the account holder.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. The general minimum is RM30 for most e-wallet methods.
• Deposits are typically credited in real time. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 live support before attempting a duplicate deposit.
• SL888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Depositing funds constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. SL888 will request a valid photo ID and may require proof of address and payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, to satisfy anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. FPX and DuitNow transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The withdrawable portion of your balance reflects real-money funds only, unless bonus requirements have been met.
• SL888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Such checks may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates stated above.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

SL888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, rebates, and other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including opening duplicate accounts, exploiting loopholes, or systematic bonus harvesting — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and real-money funds and account termination.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• SL888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Members who have validly claimed a bonus.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only, once per household, per device, and per IP address. SL888 employs detection methods to identify duplicate registrations and abuse of welcome offers.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SL888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Using or attempting to use any form of cheating software, card counting device, or method that confers an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker-style games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds without genuine gaming intent.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit into your account without their documented authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward SL888 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the SL888 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of SL888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of SL888's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SL888, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

SL888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game outcomes, or promotional details.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, SL888's total liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

SL888 is firmly committed to responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. All Members are required to acknowledge and accept the following:

13 Suspension & Termination

SL888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other SL888 policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment dispute by a Member without prior resolution attempted through SL888's support channels.

Upon termination for cause, SL888 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member's registered payment method via the standard withdrawal process. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all termination scenarios.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded subject to KYC verification.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the SL888 Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties, with written notice provided by the complaining party.

Where amicable resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of written notice, disputes shall be subject to final resolution through binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall prevent SL888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

15 Amendments

SL888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to their registered address and/or by prominent display on the Platform homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
